My name is George Northway and I look forward to meeting you! Officially opening my welding businesses in late 2024, I bring over 15 years of experience in marine aluminum fabrication and welding.. My journey has taken me through various careers, but I discovered my true passion in welding and have never looked back.
Working alongside industry experts has allowed me to hone my skills, and after spending time in Alberta, I returned to my true home—Vancouver Island.

Johnny is not your average supervisor! With his keen sense of smell and an unwavering dedication to tail-wagging, he oversees our operations with a unique flair that only a four-legged friend can offer. Born with a natural ability to lift spirits, Johnny believes that every day is an opportunity for a belly rub and a game of fetch.
When he's not busy approving snack breaks or ensuring the office is stocked with squeaky toys, Johnny can be found leading daily walks through the nearby park, where he conducts "meet and greet" sessions with fellow pups and their humans. His charming personality and adorable antics make him the heart and soul of our team.
